Turkington Engineering Turco 2000 Outdoor 70/90 boiler

Been to a job some ones cocked up the wiring to the boiler normally not a problem but this boiler has a 6 pin plug which the wires go into ,not wanting to damage the controls etc i was wondering if any one had any idea of the connections of the pins as with heating jobs the earth in the cable has been used as a live with no marker so i dont even know which is the earth

I imagine you would be looking at, Perm live, boiler switch live, neutral, earth, pump live return, and pump neutral return ? which is which can only be ascertained by voltage testing each core and operating controls accordingly. Good luck !

nearly , ive worked it out , perm feed then a feed back from the boiler to programmer then from the programmer back to the boiler , but the wiring was well lives cut off and used the greens and yellows as switched lives any how new piece of 5 core in it now and all up and running again

Yeah some times the boiler manufacturer fuses the control circuitry within the boiler before it goes to programmer etc for safety I guess if boiler breaks down power to control circ is cut ? Sounds like a plumber has done that boiler wiring ! lol ! No offence plumbers!!
