Hi Anthony
as someone helped me a few years ago & it works go the extra mile for the client even if hurts your pocket you will get a better feed back & in most cases repeat business, bad news always travels further than good news. If it was me I would stump just to prove the point of the damage if you can see it. Also did they latex the floor after the laying of Matt?

Totall agree with Marc, good advice..
if you can't locate the fault yourself then get someone in who can..
Well worth the cost as this is a large bathroom and the heat mat alone would have cost about ÂŁ300..
Speak to the customer and try and come to an agreement between all parties

Firstly, I'll assume you have used a warm up mat.

On the product information leaftlet that comes in the packaging you'll have a located for Schedule of results to go down and I believe dates etc. Make sure you've filled this in.. Then I'd contact Warm up (In this case) Tell them your issue. They might tell you this is fine, they might tell you one of the cables has been trapped under installation etc etc or damaged.. If they agree that it is damaged, normally you can arrange for them to come to site and they'll turn it on and use a heat reader thingy to locate the fault! I presume you'll need a tiler on site to lift up that tile while Warmup correct the fault - This way you don't have to lift up the whole floor or guess where the fault is. I suggest you ring the company to ensure what I've said above is correct and not just presume this is what they do on every case.
