Can i add additional sockets off a cirvuit that uses 1mm cpc within a 2.5t&e cable please?
Or can i use it to feed a switch spur then 2 x sockets?

Yes the ring final in my house is predominantly 1.0mm² cpcs and I have added to it. It needs to satisfy adabatic requirements but it should do unless protected by a BS3036 30A fuse.

You can add to a circuit that already uses it, but not with the old cable, and the existing 1.0mm2 cpc should be noted in the paperwork.
The old cable should not be used for a new spur.

Thanks for response. Can you suggest the calculation i would need to satisfy this?
Many thanks

Yes as far as i see it your not making the circuit any worse, if zs values are correct then i struggle to justify not altering the ring final, especially as the consumer unit is otherside of property and floor is byson beams 🙈
