Buy an old Bedford CF, have it sprayed Black with a big red stripe only the side going up to the roof at the back,add a rear roof spoiler. Seen a van looking similar to this on the TV back in the 80's and they could carry everything in it (all tools,materials and even safety devices to stop someone stealing it (M16's etc).

Or if on a cheaper budget there used to be a little Yellow 3 wheeled vechicle that was cheap to insure.


Above all else....before any serious suggestions can be made alot more info on what you want to use the van for can be very helpful when asking people for advice

What about a nice white volvo v70 with blacked out rear windows, lightbar on roof and all the other goodies the police have on their cars?Well it works for me as my dog van,cage in the back add 1 german shepherd and the worlds your lobster,well you did ask!
