Find the Tech LC perfect for me, all hand tools in the TP4 pouch for when I only need the basics. There's a lot of videos on YouTube with people showing off their bags and what's inside - should give you a clearer view.
 
Another shout for Veto

Amazing bags, been using for past few years and still look great.

I prefer the backpack for site work, easier on train etc. Then the Tech XL when working out the Van.
