I recently purchased the 9 piece set off eBay

haven’t tested them out fully but is it just me or do they feel a bit wobbly

?

I have two sets
First lasted about six years of constant usage then the pozi ones were a bit to worn.
Bought second set about three years ago and they now need replacing soon.
Find them so handy.
A friend at work recommended them.
When I first got them I thought they would not last five minutes but they have been great.

I just walked to the boot of my car to check mine for play. I've not really noticed it before but there is a bit of play and there's a slight clicking noise from the back of the handle if you yank the tips around.

They're not my fave screwdrivers but I have them in my portable tools because they cover all bases with 20-odd blades (flat, philips, pozi, torx, allen/hex, modulo-pozi and modulo-philips), they're light and compact.

Thanks for the replies

I was just surprised how much wiggle / wobble there is on the inserts once inserted

it gives the positive click when first pushed in but still has quite a bit of lateral give (wiggle)

I purchased the 17 piece set a couple of months ago when they where reduced on Amazon. I've been using the slotted and Pozi bits most days and haven't notice much slack or twist at all. Must say I'm really impress with the positive way they work with the handles, no slack at all they feel like a fully formed single driver.

Same here DP, wish the standalone handles weren't so expensive though
