What are your hours of work as a sparky?

Hi, just wondered what your hours of work are in the spark game? I'm a HGV driver and on 4 shifts a week at min due to college and I still do 50+ hours most weeks average shift is 13 hours long so wondering how many hours and what time of day you work. I'm on afters and nights at the minute

when i did my level 2 2330, i did 4 days at college tuesday to friday. I then did 3x10 hour night shifts friday, saturday and sunday. it was about 74 hours including travelling to college. in my 2330 level 3 i did wednesday to friday in college and friday, saturday nights. When you go for apprenticeships after your 2330, ensure they know exactly how hard you worked to get your qualifications. Employers love it because youve earnt your qualifications and sacrificed so much to get them. It shows drive, ambition and dedication. i made sure with every interview i went to (and i even had it on my cv) that they knew all about my 74 hour weeks.

im not self employed but work 8-5 monday to friday and saturday mornings if i have to. thats enough for me
