Went to have a look at a rented property that was owned by a lady I had done work for previously.
The previous tenants had caused a bit of damage to sockets, fittings etc so i was just in there to give a general idea of the cost involved to replace. I am not doing a PIR but like i say just giving her a rough idea of the cost.
On opening a cupboard i found this
I know the CU is closer than 6" and may need rectifying but what should I do about the close proximity of the Service head / Meter to the Gas meter?
