Screwfix do alot of there range have a quick look, not overly if compared to Bosch makita etc

Rocker, wanted to get the wickes one but they no longer stock it.

Really??!! They're a really good wet / dry hoover for under ÂŁ40 when on offer.. We pick up small pieces of brick with ours. A refrigeration engineer suggested it he reckons they're the only thing that will stand up to hours of hoovering out "gel & Sludge"
 
We try-ed them all and ended forking big money out for a hilti one , having said that the wickes one stood up to a lot of abuse !
Just can not fault the hilti NO dust or drop in suction and self cleaning filter is a dream when on a chaser , have even seen it pick up objects bigger than it's own rubber pipe with a bit of wiggling !
 
I'm afraid to say the Hilti one is made by Nilfisk, the only difference being the colour and the diameter of the hose. I've got the Hilti one and was gutted when I found out but hey ho everything matches now lol
