People that don't respond to texts/ emails/ general attempts at communication.

I got hold of a structural engineer by recommendation two days before he was due to go on holiday. We agreed to speak again when he got back, but i must have tried 20 times to get him to answer his phone, left messages, texts etc.. for over two weeks after he got back. Maybe he snuffed it whilst away.

Or when someone calls you and you miss the call, phone them back straight away and they don't answer or return the call at all lol

It's one of my pet hates too.

In my Rock 'n' Roll band playing days, we had a lead guitarist who would show up with his Strat minus Lead, Strap, Spare stings and Pick and expect us to bale him out with our spares!!

It's amazing how much bad feeling can be born out of what to him were "minor things".
Back in my DJing days DJs (who I'd never met before) would turn up to play without any headphones. There's not much a DJ can do without any headphones, so I'd usually get blagged into lending mine out with promises of having them returned. I never had a pair returned.

Here's one that left me a little hot under the collar the other night.
Mid afternoon I get a call from a guy who I've done a load of work for over the years both in his home and his restaurant. The boiler in his sister's house is taking out the RCD, we agreed a time for me to attend and left it there.
At the agreed time I walked round to the address (2 minutes away from home) to find the boiler happily chugging away. A plumber had been round and found a leak dripping on to the electrical connections.
No one had the common decency to ring me to tell me not to bother and to add insult to injury she asked me if I could take a quick look at their alarm while I was there. Didn't expect to have to pay me for it though.

YES!

I have had it where I haven't made it to the phone in time, by seconds. Phoned the dude straight back and it rings and rings to answerphone. I mean, you just called me, how far away from the phone can you BE?

When people don't return calls or answer emails etc that generally means they don't want to have anything to do with you lol

TBH in the example I gave, I am not that surprised as I suspect that the structural engineer might have been given the 'heads up' by other parties about the toxic nature of the civil dispute he was going to be asked to advise on, between the previous owner of the house I recently bought, and my 'lovely neighbours'. They are now pursuing me.

Oh dear! We might see you on neighbours from hell then? Lol

What he was involved with the goings on ?

We did a gig at one place where we had a support band. We agreed that they could use our back line, I told their bass player not to touch any of my amp settings ( I had them just right for me and it had taken a hell of a lot of refinement over a long period to get it just the way I wanted it). Half way through their set he snapped a string. He didn't have a spare bass with him so I got mine out of it's case, once again with the instruction that he wasn't to adjust anything.(I had straploks on it.)
I had to nip outside to make a phone call and meet Mrs Trev. When I got back I noticed that he'd adjusted my strap. I then spotted the 24 band graphic EQ on my amp had a totally different shape from the wit was when I'd allowed him to use it.
I ended up punching him because he became a complete dick about it. Stating that he should have the right to adjust my gear to suit his needs and wants.

Oh yes!!

I have two "mates" one a builder and the other a computer techie and neither of them return calls or texts, e-mails etc..

The funny thing is, they both live in the same street next-door -but one to each other.

Is it something in the air in that place???

You only punched him??

You showed great restraint - a swift castration with a top "E" string would have been my response!
