wasn't me I would of wrapped it in tape

Oddly just today I found a garden lighting installation with "junction boxes" using terminal strip connectors, inside a short length of waste pipe wrapped in insulation tape, the tape was also extended to wrap around the SWA as it left the waste pipe.
