I have a box in my bedroom, it's next to the mains which leads outside, u side there are green grounding wires, basically green wires, and there's a big metal plate. I keep getting shocks in my bedroom

In general you could be getting shocks for a number of reasons, including:
-being statically charged and discharging yourself by touching something that is earthed
-touching something that has low resistance that is in contact with something that is live.
-touching something that is directly live.
-a serious supply fault raising earthed things to live potential
