Just wanted to know what the attached might be. Its under my stairs and switched off but i dont know what it actually is. Any thoughts?

OP; Is it actually off? The switch is in the on position. DON'T use your finger to test.

Has it possibly been a supply for a defunct central hot air heating system? 30A fuse but only 2.5mm cable
