I think SHAKEY needs to write an article about this, I'll try and gather all the true facts and get him to put one together.

about what in particular Luke?

Using an RCD as a main switch?

Split loads boards?

How boards will change under the 17th?

Personally, I think the best way is to ask a question and see what replies you get.

The trouble with articles that are all the 'true facts', when examined, is that they are actually just a collection of peoples opinions on interpreations of the facts

So if you can write one, good luck, I look forward to reading it:)

Also use a tails gland and clamp if available and make sure tails are secured to a wall. The danger here is a live to earth fault in the Consumer Unit
