UK What type of fuse this is?

I came across this fuse twice. Could someone here let me know what type of fuse this is.? I need to fill EIC.

What would you do if you find neutral terminal on main switch damaged due to heat and you can not properly tighten it? I did what I thought was the best option at that time.

You didn’t say it was heat damaged earlier, just loose.

I did actually. As I mentioned before I didn't notice that crack until someone on this forum pointed out. I will be replacing it soon.,
