With the mainswitch off, no load. Neutral will be at, well, neutral. Nothing. Nada.
Yes, technically a neutral is a live conductor… but voltage test to earth first, and insulated screwdriver.

What would you do if you find neutral terminal on main switch damaged due to heat and you can not properly tighten it? I did what I thought was the best option at that time.You pulled the fuse live though, which is probably more dangerous than tightening a loose neutral.
I did actually. As I mentioned before I didn't notice that crack until someone on this forum pointed out. I will be replacing it soon.,Please tell me you didn't put that fire hazard fuse back in
