Rewiring a house and moving db to utility room which is located under bathroom, system is a tns , i know if all circuits are on a rcd then supplementary bonding is not required, but i am running a swa around 6 metres in length from the meter box to the db this is not on a rcd... do i now require bonding or install a 100ma rcd on swa??

Are you referring (for the swa) to the new reg 701.411.3.3. See; (i) serving the location (ii) passing through zones 1 and/or 2 not serving the location.
