I need to purchase the below but I'm having trouble finding the right cable in the right size. Any ideas?

1.5mm 3 core H05VV-FG
2.5mm 3 core H05V2V2-F

I only need a couple of meters of each.

Cheers

I had looked at those on screwfix but the comments said they weren't suitable for ovens...
I would probably not use the lower temperature one for an oven or hob, but the 90°C rated cable is what the manufacturers tend to fit when they fit a cable to an appliance and is probably the best you can get without going onto silicone or MICC cables.

If the manufacturers instructions specify those cables then one assumes they might know what they are talking about and have specified correctly. (perhaps)
They normally go on about H07RNF but that is only rated to 85°C.
The cables you list are very basic flexes: PVC/PVC 300/500V flexible cable, and heat resistant PVC/heat resistant PVC 300/500V flexible cable; the V2 is for heat resistant PVC.
