Im currentley working on a school laboratory install and we are using blakley transformers to supply socket outlets, can anybody explain to me why this is.
 
13amp DP switched sockets and mcbs for CTE secondary

2 browns and a cpc for the final circuits probably-same as 110v cte

ordinary testers don't seem to be compatible-rcd and loop-impedance because of resistor

So with a 13A plug how do you reconcile the fact that the “neutral” is unprotected or is each socket protected by it’s own MCBS?
As to testing, short the NER out and do the tests.

I’m quite familiar with NER’s but 4MVA 3.3KV is the smallest I’ve worked on.

i think you're covered here without any additional protection for neutral on 'appliance cord'

i know what you mean about testing and bypass-i was going by instructions
