600mg gabapentin 3 times a day
5g diazepam 3 times a day
10mg morphine sulphate (zomorph) 2 times a day
5mg oramorph as and when needed
For slip disc and sciatica, so I would Apologise for my bad spelling but I’m not going to at this point in time

i find that lying flat out on a hard park bench after a skinful does wonders for backache. .
