Wish me Luck

He`s got more experience than some guys twice his age, due to being thrown in at the deep end, by the last company........he`ll get there, just needs confidence.

Sorry to hear that news, do not take it to heart.
Remember that the recruiter has to give some reason for not selecting you and the problem with any job acquisition is that there can be someone else that is easier for the company to employ.
But also remember that next time it may be you!

Some companies will be looking at pieces of paper for qualifications only, other companies will recognise your quality of skill and realise it is cheaper to employ you and they will get a better candidate, I wish you luck for finding the latter company soon.

I know your probably sick of hearing it but just keep going mate and you will get where you want to be. Like others have said it may be less hassle for them to go for someone with all the quals even though they aren't as good as you on the tools.

You've got to keep applying and keep going for the interviews and you'll find the right job, your hard work will pay off, Nothing thats worth having comes easy mate :icon4:
