what inverters are you using?

Had a chat with wpd in your area recently, and they said they'd come across several inverters on witness testing that weren't correctly set to G59/3 settings, they were samil and danfoss, but I suspect that's why they might be wanting to check up more on this.

Sounds like they're just trying to make a few bob Jason....unless you're integrating some aspect of export control maybe?

I was thinking that Andy. WPD in my area, have 121MW of applications. Any HV work relating to an application will get refused on the grounds of to much reverse power. This is an email from WPD


The Statement of Works (SOW) response from National Grid(NGET) states that we have reached the limits at Bicker Fen and no moregeneration can be connected ahead of National Electricity Transmission System(NETS) Works. They have also sighted fault levels as an issue of concern aswell as the limitation of SGT thermal capacity on reverse power. Given we can’tconnect any of the 121MW applied for some considerable time, the prospects fornew applicants looks a very distant and largely theoretical prospect at thistime. This position applies to all generators including ANM schemes. We willkeep you updated of any further developments, however we are currently advisingconnection is unlikely before the end of 2019, at least.

presumably that would be related to the plans to connect a 900MW offshore wind farm to the grid at bicker fen.

Another 150kw refused by WPD today. That makes around 10 so far this year
