dewalt at the moment, might try something else in the new year, you know a new year a new pair of trousers and all that.tempted by the speedos and workbelt tho.

well lenny you must be slim....i'm only a 34 waist ...but i just bust the button off my dewalts, only had them 6 weeks.... 39.99 from screwfix... not recommended by me!

Bought some bosch trousers a couple of months ago, very strange fit,I think they were styled for weirdo germans. The pockets on the knees have a strange bit of velcro in them that stick into you as you walk with the knee pads in ,then are just in the wrong place if you kneel down without the pads in.
The velcro is so good on the pockets by the time you get your phone out youve lost that job to another sparkie!.I think next time I will get some more Dickies or try the Snickers the rest of you seem to love:D.
What a waste of fifty quid:mad:

Well i took the plunge with the snickers 3212 trousers, brilliant fit and seem well put together, but ive gone and ripped the bloody things already, stupid front-facing pocket on right leg got caught on a baby stair gate and tore them at the pocket, only a small rip but still wound me up after only having them two days!!

Will be getting mum on the case and they'll be as good as new! ;o)

Snickers for me, the holster pockets help a lot - apart from when trying to find my keys. Not sure what range I get mine from but the best are the non shiney heavier ones. The shinier lighter ones tend to rip like nobodies business.

Did have to wear Trojans (like the condoms, just a less comfortable fit) as part of a work uniform several years ago, chaffing in the groin area like I never want to experience again - the trousers that is.

Our top brand is Scruffs with a range for most budgets from worker trousers upto pro trousers,
we have found these to be hard enough to withstand the everyday site work wear and tear.
The range of footwear is good to.
Im quite surprised nobody here has used them.

i use my royal navy combat trouses!!!! i got 10 pairs and i got them free!!! also got a pair of dickies with the knee inserts!!

cant beat my royal navy trouses!!! still got mates in navy so if they wear out i get them exchanged for FREE!!!:D:D:D

had some mascot think they were called the lorca i liked alot which was part of the uniform on my old firm,i liked the loops on the front of the holster pockets which were good for putting screwdrivers inn. i love my snickers just find being slim the oversizing on the waist can make them a tad annoying at times with having to keep pulling them up to avoid builders ---.

i have tried all, i used to use snickers all the time at ÂŁ40-ÂŁ50 a pair, but when i realised i was getting through too many i tried others inc. portland and dickies, and have found that dickies are the best value for money.

also masot, but dickies have lasted me the best
