That is making me feel ill:flushed:
Ive seen some dodgy things in my time working away, one I recall vividly was installing some A/C units in the Atrium of a large building 14 floors up, the glass roof at the bottom didn't make me feel any better, the boss got some local in to do the connections, they abseiled down from the roof with an A/C unit following, would I go out and test them? on yer bike sunshine.
 
He is tied off from above, you can see the double clove hitch! Would be a physics impossibility otherwise. I'd rather be on that than the wooden step ladder with the donkey holding it!
Re the OP - At first I thought he was tied off from above, but that was his extension lead . . . M a d .
