Wiring of ring final circuit

Always ask fellow sparks this and always get different answers, what do you feel the quickest way of wiring a ring in say a flat for example. Do you piggy back it round getting your 2 legs into each room before dealing with the wiring of the sockets in each room. Or do you just wire to each point as you go round? Or do you take 1 leg one way and the other leg the other way and meet in the middle?

There's no one way to wire anything. Every case is different and gets wired accordingly.

Depends, sometimes quicker and less cable consumed if done the Chinese way (especially when using conduit).

Just run conduit to furthest point. with the rFC stagger the outlets. i.e. 1,3,5, on 1 leg and 2.4.6 on the other.
The same principle can be used on T&E too.
