I hope you are doing well. I have this old-school bathtub mixer tub.

I think there is something wrong with it.
When I pour cold water then I have to wait for hot water twice or 3 times longer like cold water (higher pressure) forces itself into the hot water pipe otherwise how to explain this 20-30 seconds lag...

When working properly when you flush the waste in the bowl gets sucked away, then water appears around the bowl and rinses. Seems that I need to buy the 14 inch rough in toilets (which is hard, because only few models are available at Home Depot and Lowes, since this is a non-standard size). Am I doing it right? Any advice on the model? I wanted Toto, but Toto are all for the standard 12 inch rough in.

I just had a question about something I noticed. Since last week my dishwasher is not working and beeping three time. According to internet this means that it means theres water in the base of the dishwasher activating the flood switch.
Funny enough water my sinks both in the kitchen AND the bathroom are going down very slow.
I wonder if this is related. If it is, there is no point calling...

Content of the thread: The first showerpump i fitted close to the immersion with warix flange and it works fine for the small bathroom.
I fitted another pump for another shower in another bathroom about 2-3 metres away and that seems fine.
i am wondering if i am likely to encounter problems later with the second shower pump. I think the warix flange prevents bubbles and pitting.
