Content of the thread: My shower temperature control isn’t working. One moment it’s freezing and the next it’s boiling. It’s a three-way shower - two shower heads the bath as well.

I’ve no idea what brand if shower it is. I took the knobs off and gave them a clean but can’t figure out how to take off this middle part. How does it work? Can I remove it? Is this something I can take off and replace...

Hi.
My hot water cylinder has a small leak. It's from the immersion heater where it screws into the side of the cylinder. I removed it, fitted a new o ring and put it back. It still leaked slightly worse if anything. So I bought a new heater the same make and model as the original and fitted that.

Content of the thread: Hi everyone, for the last few months ive had a random banging on the mains water pipe. This happens when nothing is being used, no taps, no washer, no toilet flush no boiler etc. Just a random banging and i can feel it vibrate allway through to mains pipe on the boiler.

I was sure it was NET but someone has said it's gross which makes no sense at all. I work all my gas rates to NET so if I'm wrong my gas rates will be way out.

Content of the thread: I remodeled the master bath. I'm trying to put the tub spout on but having a hard time getting it flush to the wall. It's a screw on type and I have 1/2 galvanized pipe protruding from the tile. Instructions say end of pipe should be out from the tile wall 5 3/16 - 5 5/16. At first I had it at 5 1/4. I can only get the spout to turn about 2 full turns before it gets tighter...

I just had a question about something I noticed. Since last week my dishwasher is not working and beeping three time. According to internet this means that it means theres water in the base of the dishwasher activating the flood switch.
Funny enough water my sinks both in the kitchen AND the bathroom are going down very slow.
I wonder if this is related. If it is, there is no point calling...

Content of the thread: The first showerpump i fitted close to the immersion with warix flange and it works fine for the small bathroom.
I fitted another pump for another shower in another bathroom about 2-3 metres away and that seems fine.
i am wondering if i am likely to encounter problems later with the second shower pump. I think the warix flange prevents bubbles and pitting.
