You are perfectly entitled to use blank post-it notes (so long as you don't write on them).

Why would they insist on a clean copy of BS7671 when there is a Corrigendum which has to be written into it? A clean copy of BS7671 would in fact be an incorrect copy of BS7671.
Yeah thats true

you can use post its and write on them (just within the exam time limit) its the same as writing notes on paper as I suspect you will.

And the regs books in the exam room were not ours when i sat the exam, its no big deal as the exam is IMO too easy anyway

My point is that if a question addresses something which has been corrected by the Corrigendum, then a clean book will in fact be incorrect. The Red Book must be amended by writing in it for it to actually resemble BS7671. The Corrigendum is incorporated into the Regulations.

Perhaps the regs books in the exam room have been amended? basically they do not allow you to take in your own regs book

That is no longer correct. C&G do permit you to take your own regulations in - perhaps your test centre do not permit this.

I think it varies between all the training centres.

Mine was the same as yours, although not all that colourful.

Done my exam tonight,i was allowed to take my marked and tabbed book in too.

Best of luck.

I just received my results and certificate today, having done the exam a week and a half ago. I scored 59 out of 60 so would love to find that question which ruined my score and give it a good hiding!
