    I totally agree also, I have 3 small builders that I do the occasional job for possibly 1 job a year between the three and the rest is maintenance etc. Not making a fortune but able to keep going and a lot less stressful.

    As stated above I would replace CU and upgrade bonding but put on the certificate that you did not do the work in the extension but that it was done by another [name him] and that he has not certified or notified the work.

    Battery SDS Drill

    Saw a Metabo 36 volt at a show earlier this week with 5.2 Ah batteries quite impressive. Supposedly cheaper than Bosch equivalent but that was salesman's talk. Though I did feel that with the larger capacity batteries it was a bit heavy.
