    Understanding economy 7

Economy 7 horstmann quartz timeclocks for water heaters with dual elements, from my understanding they would require two separate supplies to work on a off peak supply and regular supply, although after looking inside one today and looking at diagrams only 1 supply is used. How is this possible?

Cabling / wires at new build property for TV

Does your property have a stateliite and an aerial? At a guess those 4 coaxs could be 2 cables coming from the satellite, 1 cable from your aerial and a rf return feeding the bedroom, we used to wire new build tv systems thus way. But really that's a complete guess!!!

    Is this a bit of a stitch-up

I don't see any need in replacing the DB, is it a starbreaker board? Why not just replace the MCB with an RCBO, without seeing the job it's hard to gauge on the fairness of the quote given, personally from reading the work i think it seems a bit pricey but each to his own.

    Introduction and needing advice please

City and guilds is probably more widely acknowledged so I'd go down that route if possible. Can you not see if you can get yourself an adult apprenticeship or traineeship, the company i work for has recently taken on a 33 year old. She's under my watch even though I'm 5 years her junior, One...
