Stay on the course you are on.
When you've completed your Level 3 and NVQ, have a think about maybe doing an inspection and testing course, or a design course.
This is the 2330 Level 3 Unit 2 material on Induction.
I do have some other material but it's not in my cloud storage so I will have a look for it later.
Do you mean the 2356? If so the 2330 will contain all the required outcomes for the syllabus, and these books are often just republished with the only big change being the course number they are written for.
If you are on the 2365, then this is more of a crafting course and so the 2330 syllabus...
okay well if it falls through again then cut your lossess.
16k in unmarked notes, bundled into a sainsbury livelong bag. With a daily intake of hobnob's and widdler will make it all go away.

The C2 will still result in the same conclusion on review of the periodic inspection.
I always try to interpret the coding similar to basic and fault protection, in other words the direct risk or single fault condition.
If there is an exposed live part then it would class as a C1

The electrician will probably have to be a member of a CPS, such as the NICEIC, to notify the domestic installation side (if applicable), and they will have to be registered on the MCS scheme for the PV side.
NICEIC and MCS register companies, not individuals so make sure you hire a sparky in...
The current City and Guilds route is as follows;
3 years.
2330 (coming to an end) & NVQ 3
2356 & NVQ 3
2357 - which includes NVQ 3
On completion of the technical certificate and the evidence of experience with the NVQ you are then ready to roam as an electrician.
As an electrician you then...
I'll have to agree with that.
I noticed the posting too, but this is a fairly unique forum adjustment to the norm and I expect Dan and Jason will have a few trial settings to get it running how they want.
R1&R2 represents the value of the resistance of the line conductor (R1) and CPC (R2) combined.
They are identified at the furthest point (or points if it's a lighting circuit with joint boxes). You then connect line and CPC together at this point.
Then at the board test across line and CPC and...
Hiya Floody,
Are you looking for something specific with regards to the testing limited to the practice boards at college, for example:
Continuity of protective conductors
Continuity of ring final circuits - if applicable
Insulation resistance
Polarity
or
The whole thing that will be...
It's inevitable. The conclusion of the Lofstedt report was over compliance - the objective now is to reduce the frequency of testing and inform the employers on the true requirements needed. All which should result in work now complying with the code of practice.
Millions of appliances are...
If you are planning on access to home computer I use Splashtop, but they've recently updated it and I think it's now free to connect on you LAN but something likes £6 per month or whatever to access remotely.
I've not looked into alternative methods yet.
