    Had it the other week where a client wanted to swap 2 x existing downlights for pendants over an island, the Marshall Tufflex circular dry lining box fitted perfectly in a 76mm cut out which was a pleasant surprise! Like you say the screws (M4's) matched up as well!

    CCTV recommendations

    Used a couple of ESP Rekor kits which are a good and a decent price. Kits are plug & play which come with 20m of cable, getting it to view remotely is just a case of downloading an app and scanning a QR code on the DVR (after plugging ethernet into router).

    Believe Zano do dimmer modules compatible with 2/3 way dimming, haven't installed them myself though.
