    Yes, we coded it C2, along with a few other things! They've recently sold up and the new owners have just had planning permission granted for a 14 bed extension. Hopefully they're planning a major overhaul of the existing part of the property too!

    Never seen sand but have seen hay a few years ago. And just the other week found egg boxes throughout the stud walls on a renovation. 28p for 6 large eggs!

    I'd go for the same here. #1 isn't ideal but if you are happy having tightened them then it should be ok. #3 I would add that it might be worth looking up the manufacturer's instructions as some integrated LED units are coverable, if so no code.
