    doesnt sound too bad, tbh best way is singularly fed but the cost of this can be a issue, id personally have a mccb/rcd time delay at the mains rodded down to TT, swa to fdu distribution panel, rod this point too, swa to hooks ups, no more than 6 sockets on a 63a breaker

    the 16mm cpc if its present would usually terminate at a local earth rod, probably not in a pit, that fdu looks to have been flooded or the door left open at some point to allow water in as them legrand boxes are usually very good.

    sounds a bit overkill but i use my spare motocross knee guards at the moment, strap in place under trousers, never move and very very comfy, keep knees dry too, and good cushioning when dropping on to knees quickly, currently using evs ones, 20 quid, bargain

    looks like split phase, test between both supplies, split single is indicated by 460 volts, also try do a phase to phase reading if your tester does this.
