    As others have said, sign written van and word of mouth have been our biggest advertisements. And the reason we get so many referrals is because as well as doing a good job we tidy up, put furniture back and leave the place cleaner than when we got there. Oh and our good looks and charms.

    I bought the Makita site radio last Christmas, one of the best purchases I've made I'm looking round the north Pembrokeshire area, possibly a little further up towards the Brecon Beacons. The plan is to get somewhere with a couple of old outbuildings to convert into holiday lets.

    Agree with that. I've had lazy ******s working for me and I've had a number of very enthusiastic youngsters who have bucket loads of initiative. I think it's like common sense, it's amazing how many people just don't have it.

    Yep, I had plasterers decide that they would swap my cables around because the lengths were better that way. Never mind they were all labelled up and now we're incorrect. ****heads.

    I'd let her know that this is now a late payment and interest will be accrued unless she settles in full immediately. I've had this a couple of times, they have always paid but it pees me off that they think it's ok to delay it for so long.
