    We've been to Sarasota a few times, it's nice. Friends of ours have a house right on the beach. Only down side is it's about a 1.5/2 hour drive to Disney world Orlando.

    The guy is asking about cost of retesting. You don't retest the whole installation. You just test the parts that you have fixed and issue a EIC or MW. Referencing the original EICR on your certificates.

    so your working for £15 per hour? I don't know what the going rate in your area is but I would have thought £15 to £30 per circuit.

    It's a wooden boarded ceiling. I was wondering if it was some sort of clip behind the fitting and the paneling would need to come down to access it.

    yes they are g4's they don't seem to want to come out of the ceiling when he pulls on the square fitting. that's why i wanted to id the make. I'm going on Monday so I wanted some idea of what I'm dealing with.
