We used to have a PayPal virtual terminal, but it cost!! Now we have a PayPal facility on the website and we use one of those notebooks and an internet dongle thingy, at the customers site get them to pay that way, only costs the percentage Paypal takes.

One of the lads here is doing the 2391 and in his inspection the bonding cable was 10mm to the 'gas' pipe and then 4mm to the 'water' pipe. He put it down as 2 faults - 1 for the 4mm and 1 for the conductor not being continuous. He was told it was only 1 fault!

Depends on what I found during the survey. If the end-to-ends are what I expected, then no, just the R1 + R2. If not, then the full 3 tests. Reflected in the price though. Always do a whole install IR test first to see what the result is.

Agreed. But if you had to change something because of the amended drawings, you would need an AI or MCI to cover the changes. If nothing has to be changed, nothing needs to be charged extra.

As far as I am aware, the NIC copyright is in regards to their logo and NIC specific stuff. If you look at other certs availabe and cets from software, they all look like mine :)
