Hi Tazz,
Ive never really spoken to you or ever really responded to anything you have ever said, and I'm also not upto date with why it is that you are leaving. However, I do read up on this forum when time allows, and I can honestly say hand on heart that it is people like you that make forums...
Hi All,
does anyone know, when testing Ze on the Megger, and also getting the PFC at the same time, if the PFC provided is the higher of the PEFC and PSSC? ie, does it carry out both PFC tests simultaneously and provide worst case result or does it just test for the PEFC? Thanks in advance! Ps...
I know. Just wondering about it after reading about it and thought it could be a useful unofficial test to carry out when getting low IR readings.
@biff sort of. I once posted and got vilified! A basic mistake.

Hi all,
just wondering if anyone ever uses their insulation resistance tester for a dielectric absorption ratio test if they find their test readings around 100Mohms?
Well done. Excellent idea. Even though when quoting you provide a 'free' visual inspection, by advertising this fact you will drum up interest! Very good advertising, keep it up.
Hi Guys,
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May this year and eternity bring you all great health, prosperity and kindness!

Thanks guys for your help. If I'm honest the large junction box type screws threw me, thus not expecting any markings and nor a link to the metal back. When I've normally connected a cooker it's to the cooker switch direct. Well I shall hope that Lady Luck is on my side and I shall update you...
Very blonde of me and I agree with you! And yes have definitely learnt a lesson! But where I am now confused is that the flex to the cooker is reading at at 0.26M ohms. Is that normal? And thanks for the welcome.
