After testing a lighting circuit
Got feedback saying my result is wrong / iffy :nopity:
B6 MCB, 1mm 2 cable
Measured RI+R2 = 0.69
Measured Ze 0.34
Measured Zs 0.88
Calculated Zs by adding Ze + (R1+R2) = 1.03
Allowed 5.82 80% rule
I can't work out why my result is wrong - what am I missing?

Testing domestic consumer units.
Is a dead test actually a dead test if the fuse is not pulled or an isolator switch supplied by a DNO is not open.
Don't worry, I'm not about to mess about with this stuff unsupervised, til I'm competent.

I know I'm stupid for asking this question. Basically I went to my mums house today where I witnessed my stepdad doing diy and fitting some new bar spot lights in the kitchen that he had bought from b+q.
Anyway I stepped in as he had gotten the Strappers mixed with the L-in & L-out / loop. So I...
