I work for a company that manages properties while the home owner is away on holiday. Then while the home owner is away the property is rented out. If a light bulb blows we will go in and replace it. If replacing the bulb does not work, we call out an electrician to fault find. Do you need any...
Couple of our under cupboard 221mm strip bulbs have gone, with one working remaining.

Just had a friend call me and has said that the light in one of their rooms is flickering like a disco.
They have changed bulb but still the same.
Was wondering what first steps to take in helping diagnosing this problem?
