    Inverter choice

I would really like to know a little bit more about choosing an inverter. At the moment all I really know is if I have 10 panels at 185W I would need an inverter rated at 1850W or greater. Are some inverters more efficient than others? How is their efficiency measured? Thanks for your help.

    Part P Assessment Visit

I understand this is usually 1 "major" job and 1 "minor" job. I presume the assessor inspects BOTH jobs on the same day rather than go and come back again? In such case, both jobs would need to be close together. Do the assessors specify any type of time limit for their visit?
