    Clarification on Minor Works Certification

I'm sure this has been asked before, and I have done some searching here, but not quite sure how to phrase it to search properly. EPC certification - Purely objective?

Okay, we've got a bit of a strange one here. A potential customer of ours has an EPC rating of 'E', which was issued when she bought the house recently. The certificate, as standard, suggested works that would bring the home up to a D rating - none of which had been done. Another solar PV...

Certification of a few different jobs.

If a customer asks me to do a few jobs. E.g. Add some spots, add a socket and put a fan in a bathroom. As the only job notifiable to the labc would be the fan as its in a special location. Would you MW all jobs separately or all as one EIC and then let the building control deal with what's what?

    Certification for moving consumer unit

I went to a job today and the customer wanted his 4 way board moved 4 inches so that he could make the cupboard smaller to fit a bigger wardrobe, if you ever. I am a recently qualified electrician and have no part P, Napit, NIC etc but the firm I work for does so at the moment I have no real need to. But when it comes to my private jobs is it vital that all work no matter...
