The trouble is there is insufficient clearance from the plug socket to the floor. I could move the socket, but I wonder if there is any...

I've searched everywhere, but I found nothing about 74 F series device - Energy Requirements. Can someone please give me a piece of information about it, or at least a clue or something to start from.
Has anyone installed one of these devices and if so do you have any feedback on performance/reliability? I have been speaking with one of the people who developed the system (Terry) and they sound an ideal solution if they work as described and are reliable.

example
9.8k / Uo = 42.6A select 50A mcb
9.8 / measured voltage 245V = 40A select 40A mcb
