    Extending 6mm cable

    Client wants cooker moving and therefore a longer cable run is required, the existing cable tests out fine with >299M ohms and good continuity. The cable has been run behind old oak panel which client does not want touching, so whats my best option for joining 6mm cable that meets regs? Thank you

    Extending a circuit to 17th edition

    I am going to be extending a kitchen ring main circuit,looking at the consumer unit it is a old wylex fuse board that has in the past been updated to mcb's,so there is no rcd protection on any of the circuits,obviously the circuit i am going to be extending has to done by the 17th edition...
