I was quite surprised to find the plastic base gets quite hot cant keep your fingers on them...the glass part is not overlay hot.

I've fitted an in-line switch between the battery and the electric motor on my diy electric bike conversion. I've also fitted an in-line fuse but have noticed the switch is getting warm after a few miles. It's rated 10 amp but I cant find anything higher rated as an in-line switch. What can I do?
