    Adding a second consumer unit off the main switch

    Hi all, I need to add a second, 4 way, consumer unit at a customer's house. I have bought the unit and some 16mm tails. Would I be able to add those 16mm tails into the main switch of the primary CU or would I need to put a Henley block in the orginal tails? Thanks very much

    RCD as main switch

    My my next door neighbour have Said they have been having probs with there RCD. The test button was not working. When I looked I notices that the instead of a main switch it had a 63a 30ma RCD. Any got any thoughts on this, does not seem quite right to me.
