Hi guys !
I have just registered here. I have a question about these two drills.
I am getting them both second hand. The problem is, i don't know which one to choose.
The makita is more powerful(65mm wood), but i heard they have serious problems with the batteries and the gearbox.
On the other...

I have two coming my way as insurance replacements for two that were nicked off site, I'm considering selling them to part fund like for like hilti replacements as this is more in line with my current hilti obsession. Just seeing if anyone would be interested. I'd be looking for around the £225...
Hi,
I'm looking to get a cordless sds mainly doing commercial so don't really need chisel. Mainly be used for fixings, 12mm anchors etc and maybe the odd 20mm hole.
Has anyone used the milwaukee m18 sds?? are 18v sds drills up to the job???. Was looking at bosch 36v aswell but there pricey...
I’ll be getting one before the month is out (when customers pay their bills!) hopefully then the “50% longer run time per battery charge” that Makita are claiming is true and my batteries last more than 20 mins lol.

Anyone got one? Any good?
As above, is this a good deal and if there's anything better about for the money I'd welcome your thoughts.

There is as new combi drill coming out brushless and 125nm worth of torque apparently the side handle may as well be a scaffold pole! Also around the same time there will be a 5ah battery launch!
Currently out at the minute is the 36v range but instead of needing an expensive 36v battery that...

I use all the 18 volt range but have had one battery fail in 18 months. The 3Ah version. They do get daily use but I don't think this is great. Also one of my battery's, yellow clip, which holds the pins in place has broken. Anybody know if these can be repaired, as there's a lot of life left in...
Evening all
im in the process of looking for a decent sds cordless drill and combi drill?
ive used dewalt for past few years, combi has been ok. Used it with the nano batteries and they have out lasted both drills.

Hello
I am down to my last 24V battery now. Has anyone had one of the copy's off fleebay. Are they any goods. Drill is in good working order so begrudge getting rid of it but seems only choice due to original battery prices.
