    Help with Makita battery problem

    I have a pairof 24 volt 3.3ah NI-MH batteries and yesterday I put one to charge. Within 10 minutes the charger had said it was fully charged.     makita bhr 200

    batteries dont seem to be charging.only 12 months old.showing fully charged within 10 minutes. drill starts slow then speeds up then stops as if flat after 5 minutes.put new brushes in, no difference.is it the charger, batteries or the drill ?Can batteries be repaired?

    Small Battery Screwdriver

    Anybody use 3.6v/7.2/9.6v screwdrivers? I've seen the 10.8v makita/Bosch things but they seem a little large and heavy to fit in my snickers pouch pockets. I'm after something that'll do inch + 1/2 screws down to 3.5mm plate screws. Is the 7.2v makita drill driver still the one to beat...
