Cable dammage by drill

Got a call today by a plumber and while drilling for pipe clips he went though a cable for a ring main what would be the best course of action to repair the cable in the wall. Cheers all

Repair or upgrade?

Do the existing 16mm tails to the cu have to be changed to 25mm if the cu is changed. The tails to the existing cu are protected by a 60A switched fuse because the cu is fed from an adjoining property.

car head unit repair!!

got a problem with pioneer head unit, something cd based, error 11 flashing on screen. seems it could be lens or spindle motor or something. anyone got bit of knowledge on this?? got an account at cpc so can get bits quite cheap.
