Hi guys and gals, just been called by a customer. They currently have three phase to there workshop. They are wanting that supply to feed two seperate buildings, however they only require single phase. Now my question is, aslong as i do my calculations correctly and are able to balance the loads...

West or East West split

Hi Guys Can anyone please tell me which is best? A west system or split east-west system. Both would be of about 3.5 kw. Many thanks Cider P.S. Best being better performing, not easiest to install.

RCD Testing on a split board

Hi After a bit of advice ahead of my practical exam on Wednesday. When RCD testing on a split board which has socket circuits on both RCD's do I need to also test lighting circuits or will testing at 0.5x 1.0x and 5.0x at the sockets suffice. Everything I read shows the tests being undertaken...
